Christmas Sunday Best!

We knew that the kids would be gone the Sunday before Christmas--because Harper was coming! So we got everyone dressed in their Christmas-Sunday best two weeks before Christmas! They looked so good...but they sure didn't want to take a normal picture together! Haha!

Quinn!

Quinn is in love with taking pictures of himself. If one of our phones disappears, we can almost guarantee that we are coming back to pictures like this on it!

Quinn has gotten very into puzzles! We have this wooden Christmas puzzle of the nativity, and Quinn was so good at it! He and Cooper kept asking to be timed while they put it together...to see who could do it faster!

Family Pictures 2019!

The 8th grade football team had a fundraiser that allowed you to get one 11 x 14 printed. We like to support as many things as we can, but this was a hard one to commit to! Haha! Scott had just taken pictures of the kids, I was having a baby in 2 weeks...and changing our family size, and it seemed like a weird print size...but we did it anyway! We picked up our picture the week Harper was born, but it turned out really cute!!

Home Alone with Snacks

This year we decided to try another Christmas movie with the kids--"Home Alone". We were nervous that the kids would get scared, but they were really into it with lots of giggles! We had lots of Christmas snacks to enjoy while we watched!

The Bagley Family Christmas Party!

In the beginning of December, we were able to head to Moroni for the Bagley family Christmas party! It was fun to get together with extended family and for the cousins to play together!

The cousins played a couple Minute-to-win-it games! They had to slide an oreo from their forehead into their mouths--without using their hands, they had to scoop "snowballs" up with a spoon and drop them into another bowl, and then they had to take a candy cane and scoop up the rest of the candy canes off the table. It made for some pretty entertaining pictures!

Aunt Emily is amazing with the kids, and she called all of them over to sing Christmas carols! Even Lucy skipped over and sat with Macey...and stayed there!

We had a big Christmas dinner together!

After dinner, we opened presents from family!

Kevin and Blair's family had our family for Christmas this year. They went WAY over budget, and they gave our family 5 day passes to Disneyland!! We were SHOCKED! There is no way we could have afforded something like this on our own! The kids are beyond excited, and we have plans to go in July of 2020!

We left the party with tired kids, full stomachs, and great memories of family! The kids especially loved spending time with cousins!!

Quinn's December Preschool Camp!

Quinn had another successful preschool camp! His teacher didn't have a chance to take pictures this time around. She said that they were going to work on counting, but that all 11 kids knew exactly what they were doing already! (Smart kid!) He loved that he got to play in paint and playdoh...all in the same day!

Lucy Still Loves Peanut Butter!

Lucy has had a rough go with sickness lately! She got sick around Thanksgiving Break, and after a sleepless night this week (well, she slept about 30 minutes that night), and a quick trip to the doctor, we got some help! Poor girl had a double ear infection and really, really big tonsils! She had a hard time drinking her chocolate milk...which is her favorite thing, so we knew she was really sick!

24 hours into a steroid and antibiotic, she asked for her usual favorite: peanut butter. I wouldn't let her double dip. She was very, very cute, and I couldn't turn her down...because she hadn't been eating well for a while! Hence many, many spoonfuls of peanut butter, and many trips to the silverware jar!

"Backwards"

Lucy has learned what the word "backwards" means. Lately, when she enters a room, she turns backwards, giggling, saying "backwards!", leading with her booty. It is probably one of my favorite things....unfortunately, she doesn't hold still enough for clear pictures, so enjoy the blurry ones!

Visiting Santa!

We went to our ward's Christmas party the first week in December. The kids were VERY excited to see that Santa was there! Lucy was the only kid we couldn't convince to sit on Santa's lap, but she got close and helped hand out the treat bags!

Quinn slipped in line, and he was the first to see Santa. Quinn told him that he wanted Black Panther claws, 2 bears, and a Nephi toy. When he was handed his treat bag, he hopped off, looked at his bag filled with chocolate and an orange, and said, "Woah! Yes! A big orange!"

Lucy, Santa's helper...who wouldn't get any closer than this to Santa!

Jemma was a little skeptical. Santa asked what her name was and Jemma quietly said, "Jemma". Santa replied, "Oh right! Jemma BAGLEY!" Jemma gasped and looked him right in the eye--he knew her last name! He was the real deal from then on!

Cooper was really excited to see Santa and asked Santa to surprise him...because he was really good at surprises! (Cooper was also super excited to see that he got a giant navel orange!)

Macey was a little apprehensive to sit on Santa's lap! She wasn't too sure about this guy. She whispered what she wanted. (Macey has approached the expensive wish list period of her life.) She has asked for an iPad. When she whispered that to Santa, he said, "you want diapers?!" Macey started laughing and felt more at ease! She repeated what she wanted...with an art kit!
