Owen and Charlie!

Owen fell asleep on me the last 5 minutes of Relief Society, in April. Nothing better than a sleeping baby in church!

Charlie grabbed my shirt and pulled me close to him and giggled!

Quinn's Eye Appointment

We still make our 6 month visits up to our pediatric ophthalmologist! Quinn did NOT wear this outfit to school. He hopped out of the van in Orem, and I asked what he was wearing! Long sleeve, Santa shirt--in April, with plaid shorts and a baseball hat to the side. I told him it was a good thing he was cute! Haha! The doctor and his assistant made comments about his Santa shirt--he just shrugged his shoulders.

If we go all the way up north, we have to make our usual Sam's Club run! Something about seeing these boys in the front of a cart, together, does my mom heart some good!

Mr. Mom. Scott is amazing! We usually get 2 giant carts at Sam's Club and divide up the kids. When I saw them walking out, I had to snap a quick picture!

Owen and Charlie do not like it when it gets pitch black in the van. We have to pause and drink in some dad and mom snuggles!

Growing Up!

Macey is growing up! She had her big talk at school about boys and girls, and I got to go with her! Sometimes it's hard to find one-on-one time with 7 other siblings, so it was a fun thing to do together. (Mom may have even snuck in some chocolate!) We had to snap a picture to commemorate our time together!

Bath Time Fun!

Easter at Preschool

Lucy had so much fun learning about Easter at preschool...until the real live bunny came out. She has the hardest time with animals. She doesn't like them, and she usually runs in the opposite direction! I somehow deleted the other pictures, but at least I kept this one. I had 4 solid pictures of Lucy that looked like this. She wanted NOTHING to do with that bunny! All of her classmates took individual pictures holding the bunny close to them. Lucy stood outside the cage next to it with a strained look on her face. I could not stop laughing!!

How Lucy felt about that Easter bunny:

They had a giant Easter egg hunt in their teacher's backyard. Each parent sent in 12 loaded eggs, so there were plenty of eggs to find!

Spirit Week!

I feel like this is the 4th spirit week we have had this school year, but we were all in! We had wear your favorite hat day, favorite team day, wacky socks day, and a crazy hair day!

Jemma in the Classroom

Jemma loves school, and she loves learning! It is always a fun treat to get pictures from her teacher. It's fun to see Jemma in her environment! She told me that they were self pollinating flowers for science class.

General Conference Weekend!

Lynn and Marilyn came into town to be with Emily when she had baby Shane. We were so excited we got to see them and visit before they headed back to Iowa! They came by before General Conference and brought us breakfast to enjoy together. We needed a good Grandpa and Grandma visit--the kids were so excited!

Grandpa and Charlie!

Grandma and Owen!

Macey took a quick picture of everyone!

We had no clue what Macey was working on during conference, but she and Cooper were listening diligently! I found this paper a few days later, and was reminded what an amazing girl Macey is!

We were loading the car up to take a drive, and we were missing the 4 oldest kids. We found them watching the First Presidency's Easter message, and it made my mom-heart happy!

We promised the kids that we could go on a hike during conference, but evidently, it was ill timed. We went to take a short hike to some petroglyphs at Fremont Indian State Park (only 30 minutes down the road!) and by the time we got there, Harper and both twins were napping. We made the decision for mom to stay with them in the car. The big kids had SO much fun!

Whipped Cream!

Whipped cream is the twins' favorite sweet treat! (Charlie and then Owen!)
