Some More Harper!

Cooper wanted to read Harper a book. It was a long book, and he was really into it. I wandered over to take a picture of the two of them...only to discover that he read her asleep! She slept peacefully on the floor for about 45 minutes. What a good big brother!

We are not too fond of tummy time...we usually just like to put down our head to the side and watch mom!

Harper is starting to figure out her hands! She concentrates really hard to play with her toys, and it's pretty cute!

The Cutts Family Visits--Friday!

We get out of school early on Fridays, so I went and picked up everyone from school. We hit the road as fast as we could! We had been on the road about 5 minutes when Quinn had to use the potty. We live in rural Utah, and we take back roads to Mona...so no bathrooms. Quinn is a germaphobe. We told him that he could pee outside, and he was vehemently against it! He finally agreed. Scott took him to pee outside for the first time--he could not, would not, do it!

Eden had been cast in her middle school's production of "Frozen". She had the script with her, so the kids made their own costumes, practiced lines, staging and music...and then they performed!

We had such a fun time with cousins, and we were sad to see them go! There were many tears on the way home!

The Cutts Family Visits Utah--Wednesday!

Because the boys were the only ones who got to build bird houses the last time, they found little bird houses for all the other little kids to paint! My kids were ALL over this! Cooper got to paint his big bird house!

The kids played all day, we ate lunch, and then around 3:00 we headed to Orem! We bought tickets to Hale Center Theatre's "Seussical Jr.". It had an all kid cast, and it was SO good! The musical was very high energy and full of so much talent! The kids were all on the edge of their seats.

Jemma and Lucy immediately fell asleep in the van on the way to Orem. We were all SO tired this week...but a good tired!

Harper was an angel and slept through the whole play. She woke up at the end...just in time to blow out of her outfit!

We had dinner at Zupa's Cafe in Orem, and then Uncle Tom offered to get us ice cream at BYU Creamery. It was a bit chaotic, but it was SO much fun!

A Day at Home

We were bummed that our Spring Break didn't line up with Julie's family. I pulled the kids out of school on Monday and Wednesday, and then when school got out on Friday (for early release) we headed up to Mona one last time!

We had late nights and late mornings all week! So on Tuesday and Thursday we took things easy, napped a lot and enjoyed life at home. Harper particularly enjoyed being home!

The Cutts Family Visits Utah--Monday

My sister Julie's family came to visit for their Spring Break. Scott, Tom and my dad watched the kids, and the girls took off for lunch and shopping!

I came home to find they made sugar cookies together, the boys made birdhouses with grandpa and a camp fire with dirty, happy kids running around!
